              1. <lido:descriptiveNoteValue xml:lang="es">Tomando como modelos las diversas estampas que llegan procedentes de Italia a sus manos, El Greco procederá a la elaboración de este pequeño Tríptico de Módena antes de realizar el ansiado viaje a Venecia. En esta imagen - que desgraciadamente ha perdido numerosa pintura - nos encontramos con uno de sus primeros estudios anatómicos, en los que se aprecia un ligero toque primitivo. Dios Padre está representado como Cristo, asemejándose a los Redentores que más tarde presidirán sus apostolados. La ubicación de figuras ante un paisaje indica una evolución considerable respecto a los iconos cretenses típicos - véase San Lucas pintando a la Virgen - aunque aún el espacio no está totalmente logrado. Una vez más, apreciamos el deseo del pintor por avanzar en su aprendizaje, mostrando toda su capacidad creativa.</lido:descriptiveNoteValue>
